Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technical degrees or MBA preferred. 5+ years of program, account, or customer success management experience. Proven ability to drive adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with robotics, automation, or autonomous systems; warehousing or supply chain technologies is a plus. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Gmail, and CRM tools (Salesforce/JIRA preferred). Ability to travel up to 30% as required. Strong problem-solving skills, with exposure to coding or AI development considered a bonus.
