Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technical degrees or MBA preferred. 5+ years of program, account, or customer success management experience. Proven ability to drive adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with robotics, automation, or autonomous systems; warehousing or supply chain technologies is a plus. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Gmail, and CRM tools (Salesforce/JIRA preferred). Ability to travel up to 30% as required. Strong problem-solving skills, with exposure to coding or AI development considered a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans. Serve as a trusted advisor to improve operational efficiency and demonstrate ROI. Conduct regular operational check-ins and executive business reviews. Represent customer needs internally and provide product feedback. Resolve customer issues and mentor peers. Drive customer retention, expansions, and net revenue growth.
