Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, trade marketing, forecasting, S&OP, or revenue planning. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise. Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Proven experience in sales forecasting and demand planning. Solid understanding of trade spend analysis, promotion performance, and pricing. Experience with ERP or sales planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite). Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer strategies. Strong financial acumen to interpret P&L statements. Mastery of syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Stackline, retailer portals).
Responsibilities:
Analyze POS, panel, and syndicated data to identify trends and opportunities. Own gross sales forecasting and revenue planning across channels and product lines. Support the S&OP process by tracking performance and communicating risks. Act as a liaison for innovation forecasting, new product launches, and product transitions. Collaborate on customer strategies, including pricing and promotions. Support price list management and analyze pricing actions. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership. Utilize ERP and sales planning systems for data accuracy and efficiency.
