Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as International HR Consultant, Global Mobility Specialist, International Account Manager, or Global Sales Executive.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Proactive and resilient mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws.
- Build strategic, long-term client partnerships.
- Engage with pre-launch waitlist customers, respond to inquiries, and qualify prospects.
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and partners.
- Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to identify client needs.
- Disqualify poor prospects early.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Navigate complex negotiations to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
- Develop strategic partnerships by understanding and supporting clients' key priorities.
- Establish value-based partnerships by identifying metrics that align with clients' strategic goals.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking ownership of the buying experience.
- Work effectively across departments.
- Manage the customer relationship across defined stages of solution engagement.
