Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws.
  • Build strategic, long-term client partnerships.
  • Engage with pre-launch waitlist customers, respond to inquiries, and qualify prospects.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and partners.
  • Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to identify client needs.
  • Disqualify poor prospects early.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Navigate complex negotiations to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships by understanding and supporting clients' key priorities.
  • Establish value-based partnerships by identifying metrics that align with clients' strategic goals.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking ownership of the buying experience.
  • Work effectively across departments.
  • Manage the customer relationship across defined stages of solution engagement.
