Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of company services and its industry position.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes, including closing deals and achieving quotas.
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
• Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong customer service skills.
• HR industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create 'Land' opportunity deals with accurate close dates.
• Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high velocity opportunities.
• Present and deliver information efficiently to potential clients.
• Proactively address client inquiries and follow-up questions.
• Collaborate internally with departments that support client processes.
• Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process.
• Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
