Responsibilities:
Send confirmation SMS messages to clients. Initiate calls to overnight leads. Manage missed calls. Engage in outbound calls to web-generated leads. Manage calendar requests. Follow up on pending web leads. Maintain and update records of confirmation SMS replies. Reach out to clients for appointment confirmations. Contact Aroflo clients for rescheduled appointments. Provide support in booking real estate requests. Assist in scheduling appointments for MA and Routine Care clients. Respond to SMS messages from web leads. Collaborate in booking jobs on the Aroflo Schedule. Conduct proactive "happy calls" to gauge client satisfaction. Compile and prepare cancellation letters.
