Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong experience with executive-level calendar and inbox management.
- Polished written and verbal communication skills with adaptability.
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and common business platforms.
- Ability to anticipate needs, lead rhythms, and create structure in ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Available during standard business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours flexibility.
- Willingness to travel on occasion.
- Reliable home office setup with necessary equipment and a quiet workspace.
- Demonstrate strategic awareness, leadership, executive presence, high EQ, organization, prioritization, a tech-forward approach, resourcefulness, and confidentiality/discretion.
Responsibilities
- Lead recurring check-ins, agendas, and executive rhythms for alignment.
- Provide polished communication support reflecting executive presence.
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and resolve conflicts.
- Provide inbox oversight with strong categorization and prioritization.
- Draft and refine executive-level correspondence.
- Develop and refine workflows, templates, and processes for executive efficiency.
- Support decision-making through structured information and summaries.
- Plan and manage all travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, retreats, conferences, and off-site events.
- Maintain accurate data within CRMs and digital platforms.
- Recommend technology solutions and support light social media tasks.
- Provide professional personal assistance as needed, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
