Requirements:

Experience delivering Prosci change management workshops and training classes. Demonstrated expertise in the Prosci Change Management Methodology, tools, research, and methods. Ability to support and deliver complex consulting assignments. Proven success in scoping client solutions and creating winning proposals. Native or fluent English speaker. Proficiency in one of the languages of the cluster required. Cultural awareness and experience managing culturally diverse teams. Masters level qualification or equivalent business experience. Proven executive-level career experience. 10 or more years of consulting/professional services experience. Five or more years of change management experience. Executive coaching qualification or comparable experience. Proven track record in facilitating Prosci Programmes. Ability to operate with versatility and work effectively through ambiguity. Excellent collaborator. Experience managing complexity. Demonstrates emotional intelligence in difficult and stressful situations.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day execution of diverse teams. Guide and develop individual team members. Implement processes for consistent quality delivery. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partner with the Growth team to strengthen client relationships. Expand holistic solutions and grow Prosci’s presence. Support projects and clients on Prosci's Change Management Methodology. Accelerate change adoption and deliver client success. Function as part of the Prosci Europe Delivery Management Team. Manage team operations, including staffing, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, PTO, and utilization planning. Recruit and onboard new Instructors and Advisors. Manage relationships with contract partners. Collaborate with the Growth Team to create high impact proposals. Deliver speaking engagements and Workshops.
