Advise customers on best practices for security and breach prevention. Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate with Keeper teams. Become a product expert and assist on sales/marketing calls. Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies. Perform data-driven reviews to prioritize opportunities and risks. Participate in the evolution of Customer Success programs and processes. Contribute to a strong team environment and uphold high work standards. Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide strong interactions with Senior Management and form relationships with C-level contacts. Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells. Establish business and technical goals via QBRs. Maintain a structured cadence with named accounts, build relationships, present solutions, troubleshoot challenges, manage issues, and close deals.
