Content Compliance Manager

PharmD (required) 3+ years in pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, MLR/content review, or related roles Direct experience in content and marketing review Strong knowledge of USP <795>/<797>/<800> Strong knowledge of FDA/FTC marketing/advertising guidelines Strong knowledge of HIPAA marketing rules Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy requirements Ability to interpret complex regulations into actionable guidance Track record of working cross-departmentally and training stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent writing/editing skills Highly organized Proactive problem-solver Ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional time management and prioritization skills Proven ability to review and approve content under tight deadlines Commitment to ongoing professional development Experience in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Design, implement, and improve content compliance framework Lead cross-functional content review Establish and maintain compliant language library Interpret and apply USP, FDA, FTC, HIPAA, and state board requirements Provide guidance on applicable laws and emerging risks Develop compliant content playbooks and training modules Build content repository for audit readiness Support KPIs for review efficiency and accountability Collaborate with Legal/Privacy teams Respond to content compliance inquiries
