Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startup leadership. Exceptional analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to lead without authority and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides/Gamma, and business analytics tools. Demonstrated fluency with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gamma, etc.). High emotional intelligence and executive presence. Self-starter mentality.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on strategy and operations. Organize and lead executive meetings and company-wide forums. Synthesize performance data and provide recommendations. Support strategic transactions like M&A and fundraising. Build or prototype tools to improve visibility and automate workflows. Champion AI usage across teams. Shape leadership team culture and cadence.
