Build and manage end-to-end lead generation systems from scratch Review, improve, and optimize the existing website for conversion Create and manage landing pages designed to attract qualified prospects Set up and maintain funnels, automations, and CRM workflows Launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Facebook Develop and test additional channels such as SEO, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, referrals, and organic social media Define and enforce lead qualification criteria such as income, equity, age, and intent Ensure all leads meet agreed quality standards and are not recycled or outdated Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns Provide regular updates, reporting, and clear communication on lead quality and results Work collaboratively with the founder to align marketing efforts with sales outcomes
