Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level Executives, Client Support Specialist, or similar. Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. Excels in organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintains discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Holds at least a high school diploma or bachelorโs degree. Permanently resides in Latin America. Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
