Requirements:
10 to 15+ years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue strategy, pricing, or GM-adjacent roles within high-growth consumer apps and consumer hardware. Proven ownership of complex pricing and monetization strategy, including MSRP setting, promotions, discounting, bundles, and international price architecture. Strong financial and analytical foundation with hands-on experience building and operating advanced models. Deep experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales, Growth, and International teams. Track record of commercializing new products or entering new markets. Exceptional first-principles thinker who can synthesize incomplete data and challenge assumptions. Strong operator mindset: comfortable moving between strategy and day-to-day performance management. Executive-level communication skills with experience creating crisp narratives for senior leadership. Experience in globally scaled businesses preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own pricing and monetization strategy across devices and services. Identify pricing, packaging, and partnership opportunities for revenue growth. Lead scenario modeling, TAM sizing, and elasticity analysis. Build commercial cases for new devices and market launches. Design and evaluate pricing and promotional experiments. Own the commercial thesis for how device adoption impacts retention and LTV. Build models linking device penetration to subscription economics. Partner with Data and Product to design experiments isolating device-driven value. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the GM of Devices. Own the KPI framework, dashboards, and operating cadence. Track competitive dynamics and market shifts. Develop and present point-of-view recommendations. Create clear, concise narratives for leadership and the board.
