Requirements:
2-4 years of product management experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders Ability to synthesize feedback from clinicians, coaches, and members into a cohesive product narrative Data-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail and disciplined approach to edge cases Experience with Jira and Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) Prior experience in digital health or similarly regulated industries preferred Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Mixpanel, or other data visualization tools preferred Basic understanding of APIs and the difference between frontend and backend engineering work preferred
Responsibilities:
Collaborate to align cross-functional efforts into a unified product vision Identify friction points and ship iterative solutions to streamline the member experience Work closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Coaching, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Member Support Monitor health markers and engagement metrics to ensure product updates drive results Manage meeting agendas, triage bug resolutions, and draft release updates Align on feature scope and write tickets for iterative feature breakdown
