Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in media or digital advertising sales
- Experience in a business development or market launch role
- Strong network in retail and brands
- Understanding of the Czech media agency landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a ābuilderā mentality
- Proven track record in opening new client relationships and closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Czech and English
Responsibilities
- Launch and develop Shopfully's presence in the Czech market with a focus on media agency clients
- Identify market opportunities and consult media agencies and their clients
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Promote Shopfullyās value proposition and educate the market
- Develop tailored digital media proposals
- Negotiate and close deals, fostering long-term relationships
- Work with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Represent Shopfully in the Czech Republic at industry events
