3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or tech-driven environments.
A completed degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, combined with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you're confident, curious, and a great listener.
Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
A high level of initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
Drive new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach and strategic outreach.
Create compelling presentations and proposals, and lead meetings both online and in person.
Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term, value-based relationships with your clients.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and international environment.
Stay on top of digital advertising trends and continuously grow your expertise through internal and external trainings.
Represent Shopfully at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Be an ambassador for our brand and values in the Romanian market.
