Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Preferably with agency experience
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across Meta
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across Google Ads
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics
- Strong understanding of reporting
- Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and “no job is beneath me” mentality
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital advertising campaigns across gener8tor initiatives
- Manage advertising across key platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
- Drive performance for campaigns promoting programs such as startup accelerators, workforce training (gener8tor Skills), account management initiatives, and other organizational priorities
- Develop and manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and testing frameworks
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as cost-per-lead, application volume, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance analyses
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and program teams to align advertising strategy with recruitment and growth goals
- Work closely with creative and social teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging
- Identify opportunities to expand or improve paid acquisition channels and strategies
