Senior Product Manager, Coding

3-5+ years of product management experience in hospital coding, revenue cycle management, or CDI. Ability to understand complex clinical workflows and translate them into software. Success in building AI algorithms, detection workflows, or classification systems. Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, data science, design, and client-facing teams. Track record of delivering measurable financial or operational impact for healthcare providers. Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. Excellent communication and systems thinking.
