Product Operations Manager

5+ years of project management experience 3+ years working with engineering teams in a data-heavy environment 1+ years as power user or admin experience in Jira Experience and/or understanding of SDLC and project management frameworks Make data-driven decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data (EPD) to improve R&D operations, resolve process gaps, and align organizational objectives with business goals Integrate with EPD teams to develop project strategies and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup) etc. that promote productivity and enable self-organization Build scalable operations by creating and maintaining playbooks, templates, and documentation that drive consistency and standards Identify metrics and develop dashboards to measure operational progress, track delivery health, and enable strategic decisions Own and manage Jira at both admin and project levels to configure a scalable, manageable tool that supports efficient engineering and data delivery Develop relationships at all levels to build trust, gain context and understanding, and drive adoption of operational practices
