Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative Run the annual promotions and events calendar Manage courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications
