Requirements:
JD Required Bar licensure; recent graduates sitting for their first bar exam/awaiting results will be considered Passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success Superior communication skills (in-person, phone, online) Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills Excellent critical thinking and writing Ability to thrive in a changing environment supporting innovation Superior attention to detail and organizational/time-management skills Collaborative and team mindset Computer proficiency, including Web-based applications, CRM (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools Willingness to travel within assigned territory Ability to work productively from home office, on campus, or on the go Professionalism in presentation and conduct Reliable analytical and problem-solving skills Self-Starter ability to work productively with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
Create territory-specific business plan to increase engagement and meet goals Set strategy, goals and benchmarks for bar review engagement & sales activities Establish and maintain relationships with law schools, students, and student groups Conduct regular visits, calls, workshops, and webinars Recruit, train, support, and motivate student campus representatives Market and promote company products and services Provide direct support and mentoring to student users Maintain contact management system (CMS) records Maintain knowledge of company products and services
