Manager, Finance and Capital Markets

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or other engineering disciplines. 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. Proven team player collaborating with diverse internal and external teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prepare and present financing marketing materials. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple high-pressure deadlines. Highly proficient in Excel. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to build and maintain complex financial models. Build and present PowerPoint presentations. Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly. Ability to multi-task. Alignment with Convergent’s mission and values. 10% travel expected.

Support capital raising activities including HoldCo/Mezzanine financing and non-recourse project financing. Coordinate internal and external tax, accounting, and legal teams for transaction structures. Assist with the deal-closing process to bring transactions to financial close. Review financial analysis and valuation models to assess economic merits and risks. Develop and maintain valuation methodologies. Partner with teams to implement hedging and risk management strategies. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
