Four or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role Proven experience managing 10-15+ engineers across multiple teams or product areas Managed 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously Strong technical depth, ideally as a former senior or staff engineer Demonstrated track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams Experience setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams Participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality Can influence cross-functional stakeholders and adjacent teams
