Requirements:
At least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians joining Octave. Must have own office space and willing to provide in-person services in specified California markets. All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers). Licensed in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD). Licensed and in good standing with governing licensing board. At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred). Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar. Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT. Offer culturally responsive care. See clients virtually and/or in person (must have own office space).
