Requirements
- At least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians joining Octave.
- Must have own office space and willing to provide in-person services in specified California markets.
- All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers).
- Licensed in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD).
- Licensed and in good standing with governing licensing board.
- At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred).
- Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar.
- Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.
- Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT.
- Offer culturally responsive care.
- See clients virtually and/or in person (must have own office space).
