Own and lead Remote’ digital communications strategy, unifying organic social media, digital influencer outreach, and emerging channels. Lead the digital communications team within Marketing, including managing direct reports and agency partners. Develop and scale a global influencer advocacy program. Define clear digital channel performance metrics (KPIs) and establish reporting. Analyze performance data and recommend strategic priorities for investment and continuous channel optimization. Establish and enforce social media governance, brand voice standards, and internal documentation globally. Oversee crisis communication protocols for all digital and social channels. Drive cross-functional integration with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Content, and PR teams. Monitor competitive digital trends and emerging platforms. Advise senior leadership on social media best practices.
