Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in the travel industry. Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management. Strong knowledge of local travel trade and outbound destinations. Excellent communication skills in English + local language. Solid MS Office and digital communication skills. Valid driving licence. Willing and able to do extensive field travel (approx. 80%).
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the local B2B travel agency network. Drive brand visibility, product positioning, and market penetration. Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B partners. Conduct regular field visits (5-6 agencies per day). Manage existing client portfolio (training, support, engagement, performance monitoring). Generate new sales leads and follow up on quotes/inquiries. Promote outbound travel products and services. Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales and onboarding. Maintain structured reporting on market activity and partner performance.
