10+ years B2B strategic sales experience as an individual contributor. 5+ years leading sales teams of 5 reps or more. Experience in prospecting, pipeline management, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Experience closing new enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles (12+ months). Proven experience scaling a sales team through predictable methods. Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and collaboration. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach) and G Suite.
Responsibilities:
Lead the team to prospect and close new accounts. Own and manage the sales forecasting process. Ensure Account Executives develop territory and account plans. Provide deal support for high-value opportunities. Implement and coach prospecting strategies. Directly manage, mentor, and motivate Account Executives. Serve as a dedicated coach for sales execution. Develop personalized growth plans for sales talent. Set performance expectations and hold team accountable.
