Requirements:
Experience in veterinary industry sales, partnerships, or business development. Practicing or non-practicing doctor with strong community connections. Experience in veterinary recruiting or business development. Ability to understand VPP's mission and convey the power of co-ownership. Ability to identify potential in doctors. Responsibilities:
Initiate authentic outreach to identify veterinarians with ownership potential. Assess candidate motivations and determine true fit for VPP's ownership pathways. Serve as a trusted guide to prospective partners, exploring ownership options. Collaborate with the Partnership Development team to hand off vetted candidates. Represent VPP externally at industry events and on social platforms. Build and refine a national pipeline of high-potential veterinarians. Research markets and hospitals to identify aligned candidates.
