Product Design Lead (Remote)

5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for a SaaS or similar product Experience in people management/leading a team Familiar with Design systems, pattern libraries, and Figma Very familiar with Research; quantitative and qualitative research are well known to you, as well as Discovery and Usability Testings, as well as utilizing different research methodologies Curious mind, and everything you do ultimately serves the end-users, bearing them in mind Good listener and empathy is one of your favorite words Natural-born problem solver Fluent in English

Leading a design team, providing effective feedback and coaching them Actively take part in the hiring process Actively contribute to design ops projects to improve the Product Design functions Collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead a productive ideation session with them Bring your own perspective to the table Understand and be the advocate of the company and product strategies, product and its customers and facilitate the delivery of high-quality work
