Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or business partnering roles. Strong understanding of financial principles, P&L management, and accounting practices. Proven experience working with interagency agreements and billing reports. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
