Provide exceptional service to clients and internal partners. Oversee Co-Op campaigns, meeting KPIs and deadlines. Ensure positive client onboarding and build client confidence. Launch, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns. Maintain and grow Co-Op revenue by building DMO partner relationships. Proactively mitigate client churn. Consult with clients, provide recommendations, and guide them to best products. Address client needs while aligning with company vision. Iterate on processes for operational efficiencies. Travel to client meetings, conferences, or Sojern offices as needed.
