Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Direct experience helping a services-based organization transition to a product-led or SaaS business model. Deep experience in B2B environments. 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in the $20M–$100M revenue range. Strong fluency in SaaS and recurring-revenue economics, including CAC, LTV, churn, and NRR. Proven experience building or scaling finance functions, including ERP, FP&A, or automation platforms. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to serve as a trusted partner to sales, marketing, and product leaders.

Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis. Partner with CEO to build and operationalize a three-year financial model. Provide financial leadership during the services-to-product transition. Oversee GAAP accounting, tax, audit, and compliance. Own B2B SaaS and product economics. Optimize pricing, forecasting, incentives, and go-to-market investment. Modernize finance systems and tooling, integrating platforms and applying AI/automation. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
