Engineering at FinStrat Management

You will build the data foundation that powers critical financial insights for B2B SaaS companies. We integrate data from platforms like Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Gusto, unifying it all with Syncari, our Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This role is crucial for our AI agent initiatives, as clean, consistent data makes everything possible. Engineers here solve complex data integration challenges and architect robust data pipelines. You will define schema mappings, set data quality rules, and troubleshoot data conflicts, ensuring data integrity across diverse systems. Expect to collaborate closely with engineering and client onboarding teams to standardize processes and improve our technology stack. We leverage technologies like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for our internal and client-facing solutions. Your contributions directly shape how clients manage and understand their finances, driving their growth.
