10+ years of financial experience Recent experience as CFO or VP of Finance at a growing SaaS or software company Solid understanding of software revenue recognition, SaaS metrics, and associated best practices Success implementing and optimizing process, procedures, and infrastructure to enable scale and support growth Experience in leading fundraising efforts, ideally at a growth stage company Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA preferred

Manage FSM client engagements as a virtual Chief Financial Officer Provide insight and recommendations related to clients’ growth strategy Implement controls, frameworks, policies and systems Analyze clients’ financial results Present and provide insight on financial results Provide leadership in the execution of financial transactions Manage cash utilization, and debt facilitates Collaborate with clients’ CRO and sales team on contracts Serve as a liaison between clients and their outside legal counsel Oversee clients’ stock option, commission, and benefit plans Direct and support FSM staff assigned to client engagements Ensure deliverables meet FSM’s quality standard Provide five-star client service
