Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. PMP, Agile, or similar change management certification preferred. 7-10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise software delivery or SaaS. Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms (e.g., Universal Migrator, SQL, automation). Extensive experience in change management (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise customers in regulated industries. Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Organizational Change Management experience. Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotters a plus. Strong understanding of data schema mapping, transformation, and enterprise compliance. Proficiency with data migration tools (e.g., Universal Migrator, SQL, Python, etc.). Advanced skills in change management: stakeholder relationships, communication planning, adoption measurement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to design and deliver training programs and collateral. Proficiency in configuring workflows, permissions, and reports in enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer enterprise platform delivery project plans. Oversee workstreams: data migration, system configuration, user onboarding, change management, go-live support. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and customer project teams. Provide project health, status, and risk management oversight. Design and implement customer adoption strategies using change management. Develop and execute tailored adoption programs and communication plans. Drive user adoption through proactive change management and support. Lead legacy system retirement and data migration using industry tools. Collaborate with customers on data mapping and compliance. Oversee migration of diverse data sets and validate data integrity. Configure platform settings: user permissions, workflow rules, reporting tools. Ensure secure and scalable access controls, including API integrations. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deliver onboarding programs: end-user and executive training. Develop and deliver training collateral. Provide break-fix triage during platform deployment. Monitor system performance and uptime. Conduct regular status meetings with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams. Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) for onboarding, training, and go-live activities. Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
