Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, partner growth, channel programs, or marketing in a SaaS or B2B technology environment. Proven experience scaling partner programs that drive revenue and growth. Strong go-to-market experience, including sales plays, messaging, and enablement. Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, CX and Operations. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior people management experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partner ecosystem messaging aligned to business objectives. Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem. Own the roadmap for partner programs to drive revenue, leads, and product usage. Translate partnership strategy into scalable growth motions. Integrate partner value into broader company narrative and go-to-market. Develop internal and external enablement materials for sales and partners. Build and launch partner sales plays. Design and execute partner growth programs for lead generation and activation. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operations. Define and track KPIs for partner performance. Optimize partner programs and growth initiatives using data.
