7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, partner growth, channel programs, or marketing in a SaaS or B2B technology environment. Proven experience scaling partner programs that drive revenue and growth. Strong go-to-market experience, including sales plays, messaging, and enablement. Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, CX and Operations. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior people management experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
