Demonstrated track record of managing and developing high-performing teams (8+ people). Experience leading multiple specialist workstreams simultaneously. Experience building and scaling CRM functions in multi-brand or high-growth environments. Deep expertise with CRM platforms (Bloomreach strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with campaign execution and optimization. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Looker/Tableau/Power BI preferred). Ability to build performance frameworks. Strong understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation strategies, and monetization mechanics.
