Commercial PM with proven PLG wins in B2B SaaS. Owned or significantly influenced self-serve/PLG funnels with specific win examples (e.g., +X% trial-to-paid, +Y% NRR). Obsessed with UX for onboarding & activation, designing clean and intuitive onboardings. Comfortable working with UX/copy to optimize flows, in-app prompts, paywalls, and upgrade nudges. Strategic and hands-on, able to define a PLG strategy and roadmap, and spec tests or refine signup steps. Pragmatic, bias to action, and happy to ship iterative improvements. Thrive in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment. Data- and experiment-driven: fluent in funnels, cohorts, and A/B tests. Structure clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-mortems. Comfortable working with product analytics tools and event-based tracking. Thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various GTM teams.
Responsibilities:
Own the self-serve/PLG funnel end-to-end: acquisition, signup, onboarding, activation, paywall, expansion, retention. Maximize revenue from the self-served micro segment and tie roadmap to revenue, expansion, and retention outcomes. Map and refine the post-signup journey to reduce time-to-first-value. Identify and fix funnel drop-offs using data, research, and experimentation. Define and iterate on 'when to human' rules to introduce human touchpoints with the highest incremental revenue impact. Lead a PLG team of ~2-3 software engineers with a test-and-learn mindset. Maintain a sharp, prioritized PLG roadmap of experiments and bets. Ensure robust tracking, analytics, and dashboards for PLG KPIs. Partner across Marketing, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Data to make PLG a company-wide revenue engine. Feed insights back into pricing & packaging, messaging, and acquisition tactics. Champion product-led thinking across R&D and GTM.
