Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management. At least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food segment. Extensive experience in Drugstore Retail (LEH), especially with DM, ROSSMANN, and MÜLLER. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Proficient communication in German and English. Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid knowledge in Category Management, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Planning. Knowledge in GS1 and GAP training (or comparable certifications) is a plus. Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
