Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar. At least 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership function. Demonstrable success in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food segment. Comprehensive experience in Drugstore Retail (LEH), particularly with DM, ROSSMANN, and MÜLLER. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Proficient communication in German and English. Routine use of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. In-depth knowledge of Category Management, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Planning. Knowledge of GS1 and GAP training (or comparable certifications) is a plus. Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
