Requirements:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar. At least 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership function. Demonstrable success in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food segment. Comprehensive experience in Drugstore Retail (LEH), particularly with DM, ROSSMANN, and MÜLLER. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Proficient communication in German and English. Routine use of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. In-depth knowledge of Category Management, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Planning. Knowledge of GS1 and GAP training (or comparable certifications) is a plus. Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key drugstore retail partners. Develop customized strategies and concepts for ambitious growth objectives. Act as a strategic partner with negotiation skills and market understanding. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Develop holistic account plans using market and customer data. Lead and develop a team of at least 2 people. Conduct complex price and condition negotiations with major German drugstore retailers. Develop pricing and promotion strategies. Define KPIs and use data to measure performance and identify optimization potential. Continuously refine account management approaches and adapt strategies.
