Requirements:
PhD in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, peptide therapeutics). Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly. Strong organization skills with great attention to detail. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary business, technical, and product/service advice to customers. Generate price quotes for project design. Analyze customer needs and resolve technical issues or complaints. Advise customers on additional services and product solutions. Identify potential customer concerns and recommend solutions. Maintain close communication with customers and facilitate technical support. Collaborate with internal teams for sustainable growth. Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors.
