Lead overall enterprise marketing function for Health Plan, Provider, and Patient audiences. Develop and operationalize a unified marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals. Build and evolve the marketing organizational structure. Drive high-impact multi-channel patient acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. Oversee acquisition marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing. Oversee marketing programs for health plans and provider groups. Direct shared service functions including Marketing Operations, AI/Automation, Creative/Brand, and Content. Champion AI-driven marketing capabilities and establish a data-first culture. Build, lead, and mentor a diverse, high-performing marketing organization. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership.
