Requirements:
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience. At least 5+ years in senior management roles. Demonstrated success leading B2C marketing in healthcare, health tech, or a highly regulated industry. Proven experience using consumer and clinical data for personalized multi-channel patient acquisition. Deep expertise in multi-channel consumer marketing (email, SMS, digital, direct mail, social). Proven experience deploying AI and automation in marketing functions. Strong understanding of B2B and provider marketing. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling teams. Startup or high-growth environment experience required. Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead overall enterprise marketing function for Health Plan, Provider, and Patient audiences. Develop and operationalize a unified marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals. Build and evolve the marketing organizational structure. Drive high-impact multi-channel patient acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. Oversee acquisition marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing. Oversee marketing programs for health plans and provider groups. Direct shared service functions including Marketing Operations, AI/Automation, Creative/Brand, and Content. Champion AI-driven marketing capabilities and establish a data-first culture. Build, lead, and mentor a diverse, high-performing marketing organization. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership.
