Central Woodwork Outside Dealer Sales Representative/Territory Manager – Louisiana & Southern Arkansas

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) Proficient in email and internet knowledge Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in sales is a plus Prior experience in the window & door industry is a plus

Develop and execute annual sales growth plan for the territory Manage existing customer accounts through in-person contact Pursue and gain new customer accounts Provide product knowledge and online portal training to customers Participate in sales events and dealer functions Build relationships with existing and new customers Make sales presentations and keep management informed of competitive situations Estimate prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates Consult with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction Make jobsite visits to problem-solve issues Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products
