🔍 Physical security and digital identity solutions

  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience with Physical Access Control Systems and related hardware.
  • Knowledge of Identiv or Hirsch product line is required.
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent role is mandatory.
  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information or a related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • MCSE/MCITP, CCNA, Security+, Network+ certifications preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7, and SQL Server 2005/2008/2012.
  • Expertise in Identity Management, PKI, and Smartcard technologies.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and IIS.
  • Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Support the Identiv Enterprise Sales and Channel teams in selling Identiv's solutions and related services to clients.
  • Present and promote the technical benefits of Identiv Technologies and Solutions.
  • Engage in the qualification process of customer/partner leads.
  • Conduct on-site scoping sessions with C-level executives.
  • Participate in strategic account planning sessions and deal-specific strategy calls.
  • Respond to RFP/RFI requests with strategic technical assessment.
  • Ensure technical readiness of partners and motivate them.
  • Plan pre-sales technical evaluations and provide technical support during pre-sales.
