Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, customer support, operations, or project-related role in a healthcare, SaaS, or technology environment. Interest in healthcare operations, prior authorization or revenue cycle workflows. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to track progress, identify trends, and flag risks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first mindset & collaborative team player. Comfortable working with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Slack). Experience working in startup environments with healthcare software and familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling. Occasional travel (up to 10-15%) may be required.
