Project Coordinator - PrintIQ

2-5 years of experience in a project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery role Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology-driven environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools (Zoho Projects, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar) Experience supporting software implementations or professional services projects (preferred) Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or SaaS delivery models (preferred) Exposure to the printing industry or Print MIS software (preferred) Experience working in smaller, fast-growing organizations (preferred)

Coordinate multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live Track project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines Ensure projects progress according to schedules and service expectations Manage allocation and tracking of professional services hours Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, and status reports Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during implementation Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams Proactively follow up on action items, risks, and dependencies Build trust-based relationships with customers through clear communication Maintain accurate time tracking and project records Support internal project meetings and follow-up activities Use and maintain project management and collaboration tools Identify opportunities to improve internal coordination and workflows Assist with ad hoc operational and project-related tasks Ask questions and gather information to keep projects moving
