Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field. Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills. Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms. Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness. Available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline. Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Monitor key metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on performance. Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth. Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, with a strong focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making. Maintain high-quality communication standards and represent the company professionally at all times.
