Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field. Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills. Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms. Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness. Available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
