Financial Analyst

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial analysis or management accounting role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis. Experience using financial systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms. Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop suitable for remote work.

Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Track KPIs and prepare dashboards and performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance. Monitor financial performance against forecasts and budgets. Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits.
