Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science); Master’s preferred. 7+ years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis). Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate) in product or marketing contexts. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial acumen skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with e-commerce businesses; experience with subscription-based models is a plus. Proficiency in Python (Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv or piplock). Proficiency in Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions. Experience with AWS (S3, ECR, EKS). Experience with Tableau, Streamlit. Experience with Prefect or Airflow.
