Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science); Master’s preferred. 7+ years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis). Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate) in product or marketing contexts. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial acumen skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with e-commerce businesses; experience with subscription-based models is a plus. Technical proficiency with Python (Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv or piplock).
