5+ years experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, TAM, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support). Fluency in English required; professional fluency in German preferred. Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or SDLC. Entrepreneurial mindset and high autonomy. Strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Driven, high emotional intelligence, and strong priority management skills. Previous early-stage startup experience (strongly preferred). Passion for technology & cybersecurity (strongly preferred). Hands-on technical experience in cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or SDLC (strongly preferred).
